Great hotel with beautiful views. Close to everything and parking only a minute walk away! The room was spacious and very clean. The food was great and service was friendly and professional. Would definitely return next time I’m in Newcastle
We go here every week for a meal. Our experience is absolutly lovely every time. The staff in the resturant are wonderful, they are so warm and inviting. They make us feel very important to them. The food is delightful and very good value . My brother who is special needs enjoys his weekly trip there and the staff always make time for him

Stayed last night for my partners birthday, it was a really cool vibe and friendly staff waiting for us on arrival, when I arrived I was informed that a two course meal and breakfast was all included in fixed price of £149, which I thought was absolutely amazing a lovely surprise, I had the steak which was lovely and my partner had a pizza and we both really enjoyed it, the room was lovely and clean and well heated with a great view of the sea which was given as a request for my partners birthday, so thank you for that! The only downside that I could mention would be that the lighting in the room was a little dull, with the left hand side lamp being broken too in room 203, but it wasn't a big big deal, but just thought I would let yous know, but apart from this the overall stay would superb and we will definitely be back! Thank you

Couldn't fault anything about this hotel, fabulous hotel in a very central part of Newcastle. Beautiful decor, very quirky, rooms are gorgeous with a sea view. Staff was very helpful and chatty with a warm welcome. Breakfast and dinner was lovely and atmosphere in bar was great for Saturday night in October with music. Highly recommend this hotel and will be back, thank you
Our room was beautiful, decor lovely, bed was very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Bar is very cosy, food was great, cocktails were great, all staff were so friendly and helpful. 100% would recommend for a relaxing/cosy night away.
